A pair of 19th Century Sheraton Revival painted satinwood and caned two seat settees CONDITION REPORTS Both cane seats have numerous surface scratches, gouges, small nicks to the wood and some splitting. The painted floral decoration has signs of cracking and crazing and there are some areas of loss to the paint on both painted decorations. One of the benches has had a repair, a piece of wood on the left arm has been replaced. Fading and dscolouration and staining on the wicker on both seats. Some areas of loss to the wicker on the backs of the benches as well. Numerous scuffs, accretions, build-up of dirt in areas and fading. some areas of bleaching. General wear and tear commensurate with age and use - see images for details. Seat height on both benches 43 cm approx. Total height 92 cm high approx x 101.5 cm approx wide x 53 cm deep

A set of four 19th Century beech and elm Provincial bar back kitchen chairs with shaped seats on turned and rigned legs united by H stretchers, bear makers stamp to rear of seat "A. F" CONDITION REPORTS One chair has damage to the back left hand corner, another appears to have a replacement stretcher or at least repositioned. Three backs are loose and there are signs of old worm throughout on all chairs mainly on the seat, otherwise wear and tear, surface scratches etc all conducive with age and use. Does not appear to have had any dramatic loss in height although some backlegs are worn - see images for more details

General wear and tear commensurate with age and use - see images for details. Vitra chair - the leather has scratches and wear to the corners predominantly. Is dirty and dusty. The metal work itself has pitting and patination and surface scratches. Some corroding to the chrome evident to the underside supports. Otherwise general wear and tear conducive with age and use, appears to have been in a house with animals - see images for more details

A pair of modern aquamarine upholstered scroll arm three seat sofas on turned front legs to brass caps and castors, 194 cm wide max and matching footstool CONDITION REPORTS Both sofas have fading, discolouration in areas, wear to the cloth, staining on both the seats, the arms and on one of the sofas as large area of staining on the back of the sofa. The arm covers are all faded and stained. General wear and tear commensurate with age and use - see images for details. Scuffs to the upholstery on both sofas. All have wear/staining to the arms and backs, one more so than the other.
