A carved oak panel back armchair, Anglo-French, circa 1530, the rectangular twin panelled rectangular back carved with ‘Romayne’ portraits of a lady and gentleman above flowering urns, the solid seat flanked by rectangular arms, on stile legs and peripheral stretchers, 57.5cm wide (repair, later elements to legs).
