A pair of modern black leather Chesterfield two seat sofas CONDITION REPORTS Basically sound though in barn-stored condition therefore with some areas of white discolouration to the leather and some areas of creasing. Some buttons with damage so requires attention throughout despite being basically sound.
A three piece wicker conservatory suite CONDITION REPORTS Age of piece is modern ie cushions with fire labels. Only two seat cushions for chairs existing. Cushion for sofa not available. Overall condition reasonable though with wear and tear conducive with use, particularly to the ends of the arms. One chair with small area of damage to the front seat rail left hand side. Otherwise wickerwork appears sound though to repeat with wear to the extremities throughout. See images for further details.

Taylor for Wylie and Lochhead, an unusual Arts & Crafts oak settee, the curved back rail above pierced and shaped splats to a rush seat on tapering legs 71 x 153 x 46cm (28 x 60 x 18in) Other Notes: Ernest Archibald Taylor (1874 -1951), better known as E A Taylor, was a Scottish artist, an oil painter, watercolourist and etcher, and a designer of furniture, interiors and stained glass. He lived on the Isle of Arran and in Kirkcudbright. He was a furniture designer for the Glasgow cabinetmakers Wylie and Lochhead. Founded in 1829 Wylie & Lochhead became renowned for their artistic designs and high level of craftsmanship particularly in the Arts & Crafts era with the designers E.A Taylor, John Ednie and George Logan.
