A mahogany longcase clock, dated from the first quarter of the 19th century having selected flame veneers with boxwood and ebony string inlays, the hood with swan neck pediment, central eagle ball finial and flanked by spiral columns. The clock has a married eight day striking movement with 12 inch brass arch dial and having lunar aperature with high water at Bristol Key, chapter ring with roman numerals, cast corner spandrels, engraved centre panel, date aperature and second hand, maker Lawrence of Bristol, 7ft 5 inches high.
