A Continental porcelain dessert service, comprising four shaped bowls and eight plates, each piece pierced and handpainted with floral sprays. Plate diameter 22 cm (see illustration). . CONDITION REPORT: The seven plates are all in first class condition with no damage, repair or restoration. One of the two large dishes has a very small chip just through the glaze on the outside edge of the piece. This is barely visible. The other large dish has a small chip to the underside edge of the foot rim. The two smaller dishes are perfect.

A Minton Haddon Hall pattern bone china dinner service, comprising twelve dinner plates, twelve 27 cm plates, twelve 20 cm plates, eighteen 16 cm side plates, twelve soup bowls, sauce boat and stand, two lidded tureens, oval serving platter, eighteen saucers, eighteen cups, two sugar basins, two cream jugs, sandwich plate, teapot, five condiments, two small dishes and cocktail stick holder (see illustration). CONDITION REPORT: This service is in generally extremely good order. It has clearly seen very little use. All items are in first class condition with no damage, repair or restoration other than one 7 inch plate has a small under edge chip. A sugar basin has a hairline crack. Both pepperettes are cracked. Two tea cups have slight staining to the interior. The stains look like hairline cracks but may not be.
A Belleek first period three piece tea service. Teapot width 17 cm. CONDITION REPORT: The teapot is in generally good order with no repairs or restoration. There is no damage, however there is a firing mark where the birds neck joins the teapot body. This takes the form of a clean 1 cm long incision. This does not go through to the interior of the teapot and is simply a firing mark. The lid is in good order. The cream jug is in good condition with no issues. The sugar basin base is in good order. The lid is also in good condition with no issues.
A 19th century mahogany apprentice piece toilet mirror, the base of serpentine outline with crossbanding and fitted with two drawers, raised on bracket feet. Width 9.5 ins. CONDITION REPORT: This lot is in first class condition with no damage, no repairs and no restoration. The item could be used or resold in its current condition without the need for any repair or restoration.
A Mappin & Webb Limited mantle clock, by Elliott Clocks, walnut case, silvered brass dial, captive key wind. Height including carrying handle 9 ins. CONDITION REPORT: The clock case is in first class condition. The brass surround to the dial is a little tarnished and has lost some of its lacquered surface. The clock face is in very good condition. The movement appears to be overwound and the clock is not currently ticking.
A Victorian mahogany four door breakfront sideboard, with rear pediment. Width 88 ins (see illustration). CONDITION REPORT: The rear upstand is in first class condition. The sideboard top is of good colour with no serious splits or veneer damage. There are some ring marks and minor scuffs but no significant issues. The drawer fronts are all in good condition. The sides are in good order. The panelled doors are all in good condition. The plinth base is generally in good order also with only minor blemishes as one would expect.

Fascinating collection of thirty First World War carved oak panels with painted British Regimental Divisional Crests of the 5th Army that passed through the town of Péronne during the Battle of the Somme. The panels originally hung in Arras Town Hall but were removed by Major William Henderson Davison, who was on the General Staff in 1916 as the Allies retreated. He became a doctor and City Coroner of Birmingham and was awarded an O.B.E. Each panel measures approximately 15.5cm x 21.5cm.
