If thirsty just a moment stop, at the Kegwyn Arms & Take a Drop, of good old Beer that's made from malt, You'll get the best if every sort'. Height 16cm. NOTE: This documentary jug may commemorate the end of the Napoleonic War in 1815. Mousehole village (Cornwall) had a Local Volunteer Force to protect vulnerable stretches of coast. A Mousehole man, James Harvey signed up to join the Volunteers and was known to have been the first to sign his name on the drumhead. Teddy Bears of Witney Old Witney Favourite teddy bears x two: (1) Teddy Bears of Witney Friend for Life Old Favourite teddy bear, LE 150, blonde mohair, in the style of a vintage bear featured on the cover of Teddy Bears of Witney's first catalogue (now in their museum). This old looking bear has amber and black glass eyes, a skip-stitched nose and woven cotton paws. Softly and heavily filled with a mixture of wood shavings and polyfibre, he wears a red and white polka dot neckerchief, 16"/41cm; (2) Teddy Bears of Witney 2009 teddy bear, LE 250, this is the fourth in the series of annual bears specially created for Teddy Bears of Witney, made from pale pink mohair, German glass eyes, brown-stitched nose, mouth and claws. Witney 2009 Bear is softly pellet filled and wears a hand-knitted beige and brown cardigan, with chest tag, 10"/25cm; both are missing certificates, slight tobacco odour otherwise Good Plus to Excellent; (2).
