The labels with 'The Parlophone Co' rim text, 'Recording First Published 1963' and no 'Sold In UK Text' are lovely and clean with only minor spindle wear. The record has a number of light surface marks but nothing feelable, VG/ the early sleeve with large Stereo text on the cover has a small edge tear to the opening edge, VG).

THE ROLLING STONES - THE ROLLING STONES LP (FIRST UK 1A/1A '2.52 TELL ME' PRESSING - DECCA LK 4605). Top Stones rarity with the first UK '2.52 Tell Me' pressing of their first LP. Please be aware of the condition before placing a bid. The record is graded as G. There are a number of surface marks, scuffs and some light scratches to the playing surfaces, the heaviest of which appearing to be on track A2 - this causes some clicks and a couple of small skips. A sample of playback on the other tracks produced no overpowering surface noise and the music can be fully enjoyed. Matrix/mother satmpers: XARL-6271-1A 2B UB & XARL-6272-1A 1 K. The front laminated non-flipback sleeve is in G condition with a tear on one of the bottom corners and some creasing, though no other seam splits. A starter copy.

One side has a crease missing the first word of the song title and the other is totally off centre but doesn't affect the playing surface. The record has some surface marks, VG/ comes in HMV company paper sleeve).
