A pair of 18th century Dutch Delft 'Peacock' plates, de Klaew Factory, with ochre tinted rims, one marked, diameter 23cm, and a further similar pair, both with painted marks to base, all four retaining old paper labels to the reverse (4).Additional InformationFirst pair: fritting and small chips to the rims of both but both ring true, one has a larger chip noticeably to the back of the plate, approx 2cm x 6mm. Second pair: again both ring true with fritting to the rims, one again has two 1cm x 4mm rear rim chips on the rim.
A large pair of Chinese 18th century rectangular octagonal shaped platters well painted in blue and white with Chinese landscapes, width 42.25cm, depth 34.75cm.Additional InformationThe first platter has minor fritting to the rim, the second again has minor fritting with a very small slither chip to one point, both ring true, are free from cracks restoration and repairs and the glaze remains clear with no scratches.

Henry Harris Lines (British 1800-1889) Untitled Watercolour On Paper Framed mounted and glazed, signed to lower left. Depicting a mountainous Swiss lake scene with figures to foreground. Good condition, 11 x 18 1/2 inches.Catalogue Note.Henry Harris Lines was an artist and archeologist and trained in Birmingham, eventually becoming a pupil of David Cox. He exhibited at the Royal Academy for the first time in 1818 and was elected a member of Birmingham Society of Artists in 1826. In the early 1820s he travelled to Switzerland; towards the end of the decade, he accompanied David Cox to Haddon Hall and other parts of Derbyshire and the Yorkshire Dales. He moved to Worcester and spent most of his life as an art teacher
