Autographs, 1966 World Cup Final.- a black and white Autographed photograph, signed in black marker pen by eight members of the England national football team, including Nobby Stiles, Alan Ball, Jack Charlton, Martin Peters, George Cohen, Geoff Hurst, Ray Wilson and Bobby Charlton, 10 x 8 inches. * England defeated West Germany 4-2 in the final to win the tournament held at Wembley Stadium, London, on July 30, 1966. The match had finished at 2-2 after 90 minutes and went into extra time when Geoff Hurst scored two goals to complete his hat trick, the first to be scored in a mens World Cup final. This Other Edenis an Irish comedy drama, screenplay by Patrick Kingwan and Blanaid Irvine, adapted from the play of the same title by by Louis DAlton, starring Audrey Dalton, Leslie Phillips and Niall MacGinnis. British director and writer, Muriel Box, was the first woman to direct an Irish feature film and only received the script January 1, 1959. Shooting was completed at Ardmore Studios, Bray, Ireland, in just under a month on February 12, 1959. The film, distributed by Regal Films International, had its Irish premiere at the Cork Film Festival, September 1959. The screenplay written by Blanaid Irvine and Patrick Kirwan is an adaptation of the 1956 play, The Big Birthday, by Hugh Leonard.Julian McLaren Ross (1912-1964) was a British novelist, short-story writer, memoirist, screenwriter and literary critic. His writing breakthrough came in 1940 whenHorizon magazine agreed to publish his short story, A Bit of a Smash in Madras, however, shortly after its publication he was conscripted into the army, imprisoned for desertion in January 1943 and suffered a nervous breakdown. Throughout the 1940s McLaren Ross became a flamboyant presence in the pubs of Fitzrovia and Soho and worked as a scriptwriter on government propaganda documentaries alongside the poet Dylan Thomas. In 1958 McLaren Ross married Diana Bromley, Leonard Woolfs bohemian niece who gave birth to Alex Maclaren Ross, his only child. Evita (1996) a small group of props.- screen used collection, comprises: a Peron propaganda placard with illustration of Jonathon Pryce as 'Peron, such placards can be seen in several sequences in the film being carried, and also as wall decoration; a 'Fundacion Eva Peron' box lid; two prop large sugar bags, bearing the distinctive likeness of Madonna as Evita, which were made for production; and a Theatre Programme which can be seen held by 'Peron', Jonathan Pryce, and accompanying guests during the Gala theatre night where he first meets 'Evita', Madonna, printed card covers, gilt, 16 pages, the programme retaining the original gold tassel topper, but lacking the joining chord for the topper; with two Certificates of Authenticity. (2) Story Musgrave (b. 1935) astronaut, physician, electrical engineer, and test pilot, had flown 160 types of aircraft and was accepted into NASA's scientist-astronaut program in 1967. The US. Post Office issued these First Day cover, often known as the Space Twins, in conjunction with Nasas 9th Anniversary. Paul Calles design was based on astronaut, Ed Whites Gemini 4 space-walk in June 1965; a first day issue ceremony was also held on 29 September 1967 at the Kennedy Space Centre, the launch site of the Gemini 4 mission.
