Jack Beckitt’s first professional Ventriloquist Dummy Johnny with seven movements by Davenports, well moulded painted papier-máché head with painted features and teeth, glass eyes, tin eyebrows and brown hair, head with the following movements, both ears, eyes move from side to side, right eye lid winks, upper lip raises, left eyelid winks, lower mouth and teeth and eyebrows raise, (slight loss to one cheek), head only, approx. 10 ¼” (26cm) high, not including wooden pole with pullies and a maroon jacket with slit to back and two moulded hands. Together with a guide to Ventriloquism by Paul Stadelman including 19 Comedy dialogues and a copy of It Shouldn’t Happen to a Vent by Jack Beckitt.
