Attributed to David Cox Snr OWS (1783-1859): watercolour, View of Harlech Castle, 19 x 12 cm. Paint surface shows some individual fox marks to the sky and a small area of possible discolouration above the left side of the castle. The colours will have faded somewhat, but remain relatively strong, although in quite muted shades as the artist probably intended. Unsigned but labelled verso with attribution.
