THE BEATLES - PLEASE PLEASE ME 1ST STEREO PRESSING - Very scarce 1st UK black/gold Parlophone stereo pressing of the debut album from The Beatles. This pressing has Dick James credits on A1, A2, A6, A7, B4, and B6. Importantly, this very first pressing has 1 G and 1 R stamper codes. The record is in VG condition. There are several surface marks across both sides, but there are no deeper scratches or any "feelable" marks. The black and gold labels have some signs of spindle marks, but are in otherwise nice shape. MATRIX: YEX 94-1 1 G + YEX 95-1 1 R. The sleeve is in G/G+ condition. There is a 3cm tear along the opening edge of the inside approximately 3/4 of the way up, and the bottom edge "flipback" design sleeve has come unglued. Apart from this the front laminated sleeve is in nice condition with only minor edgewear.

FACTORY RECORDS & HACIENDA - incredible collection of five lease documents relating to FACT 51 The Hacienda and the Directors of Factory Communications Limited being Anthony Wilson, Robert Gretton, Howard Marshall Jones and The Secretary Alan Erasmus. The first document dated 9th Feb 1982 is the original lease for 21 Albion Street and includes 2 sets of plans for The Hacienda and has been signed by all 3 Factory Directors (Wilson, Jones, Gretton) and their Secretary (Erasmus). 2nd document dated 5th July 1983 is a licence for alteration signed by Alan Erasmus. The third and fourth documents are dated the 5th July 1988 and are a Deed of Variation and Supplemental Lease with both being signed and sealed by Anthony Wilson, Alan Erasmus and Rob Gretton. The last document is a debenture from 1989 between FACT 51 and Whitbread and is signed and sealed by Alan Erasmus. Inside each document is also the red waxlike seal for FAC 51 and Factory Communications.
