HORNBY R2369 'The Golden Arrow' Train Pack comprising an unrebuilt BRITISHRAILWAYS Malachite Green Battle of Britain 4-6-2 number 34074 with 'Golden Arrow' Front and Sideboards and 3 x Pullman Coaches - First Class Kitchen Car 'Chloria', First Class Parlour Car 'Niobe' and First Class Kitchen Car 'Cecilia' all with Lights. Mint Boxed with Instructions and unopened Accessory Pack. This Set was a Limited Edition but Certificates were not issued.
Two Armand Marseille (Germany) bisque head dolls: the first mold '390 A12M', with sleeping blue eyes, eyelashes, wig, open mouth with teeth (one chipped) and jointed composition body. Height 71cm. Head appears G, six fingers missing. The other mold '390 A 3/0 M', with sleeping blue eyes, eyelashes, wig, open mouth with teeth and jointed composition body. Height 35cm. Two cracks to forehead and one repaired hand. Together with a selection of period clothing and five pairs of children's shoes, conditions vary.
A large Limoges enamel Plaque of the Crucifixion, circa 1530, finely painted in polychrome and details in gold with a scene modelled on the engraved passion of the Durer. Translucent salmon coloured counter enamel. In an ornate composition frame. An area of restoration lower right but generally in good condition. In style and palette this enamel is closely related to three enamels from the Passion series in the Musee des Beaux Arts at Orleans, dated to the first third of the 16th century, 5 1/2'' x 6 3/4''.
