AFTER WILLIAM CALDER MARSHALL (1813-1894); a Copeland Parian ware figure of the nymph Sabrina seated on a rock in a stream among water plants, impressed to the back 'WC Marchall Fect Copyright Reserved' and impressed 'Copeland', height 31cm, Sabrina is the character in John Milton's poem 'Comus' and the Copeland figure was first shown in the Great Exhibition of 1851. CONDITION REPORT Some age-related ware and some marks to the Parian ware. The head has been reglued. There is a crack (slightly deeper than a hairline) at the back of the base, from the bottom stretching up across to the base of the figure, round to the draped robe.
A Bing & Grondahl (Royal Copenhagen) Parian ware plaque of courting farm workers in Classical Greek costume at harvest time with scythes in hand, reaping the crop, diameter 14.5cm and a Cauldon 'Ivorin' replica of the Queen's Dolls' House, designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens, RA, the original was exhibited publicly the first time in the 'Palace of Arts British Empire Exhibition', Wembley, England from April to October 1924, with information and coat of arms with the 'British Empire Exhibition 1924' to the base in raised relief, height 10cm (2). CONDITION REPORT Replica dolls' house: Age-related wear, some rim chips to the base, hairline crack to the base and partially up to the first floor windows. Age-related crazing to the glaze and small areas of chips to the turrets.
AFTER WILLIAM HOGARTH; two 19th century etchings, 'First Stage of Cruelty' and 'Second Stage of Cruelty', each depicting various activities of grotesque cruelty to animals, including impaling, taunting, mutilation and torture whilst people look on, each 35 x 29cm, overall 59 x 42cm. CONDITION REPORT Good condition, the owners have preserved these by putting them in large clear sleeves. Some slight foxing and discolouration to the outer edge of the board.

An 18ct yellow gold open faced crown wind fob watch with Roman numerals to the chapter ring and engraved to the cuvette 'Palfryman & Pyke, Birkenhead', diameter 36mm and a 9ct yellow golf muff chain, approx 38g, length 150cm. CONDITION REPORT The pocket watch itself weighs approx 36g, the cuvette has an indistinct mark but not hallmarked. The outer case is stamped 18K. There are initials engraved to the case. It is currently not working and the Roman numerals are slightly rubbed. The chain is stamped 9ct to the clasp and also to the first link, in basically good condition.

CONDITION REPORT The metal furniture on the first travelling trunk is rusted and corroded. Further heavy scuffs and scrapes throughout. The canvas box has extensive wear throughout. The metal deed boxes and cash tins are all heavily scratched and the lid of one of the small wooden boxes is in two sections.
