Daniel O’Connell, hailed in his time as The Liberator, was the acknowledged political leader of Ireland's Roman Catholic majority in the first half of the 19th Century. Very interesting pair. (2)

A second part was promised, but never published, and Nash seems to have concentrated his efforts on his later and larger series, The Mansions of England in the Olden Time.
