A white mohair polar bear soft toy, `Ivy`, with glass eyes, felt ears, and a black vertically stitched nose, standing on all fours, 28cm long; together with a white mohair polar bear cub, `Brumas`, with glass eyes and a black stitched nose, 9cm long (the latter threadbare), (2). Note: Brumas was born on 27th November 1949 at London Zoo and was the first polar bear cub to be reared successfully in Britain. She was named after her keepers, Bruce (Bru-) and Sam (reversed -mas).
