The steel with a patina of light scratches and wear throughout consistent with use, this is evident around the bezel and on the surface of the strap. Box with a few slight marks internally and the pad with a few slight marks.

A WWI military full length wool coat, size 5, with a military cap, two knitted green wool hats and two knitted green wool scarves, with a canvas belt and a pair of French binoculars, Lumiere and a later pair of Ellgee Cadet binoculars, each with a leather case.Additional InformationThe wool coat generally grubby and with some marks, some small moth holes and a few joints beginning to open here and there, the collar with slightly heavier wear. The cap is tired, grubby throughout, with fraying and opening of joints, the white canvas cap discoloured throughout and with some fraying. The two green woolen hats with general light wear, one of them has a repair stitched hole to the top. The canvas belt is grubby throughout, the two scarves with some moth damage and some pulling of threads, the binoculars grubby througout with wear to both of the leather cases. The French pair of binoculars with wear to the black finish throughout and some rusting, the box for these is probably not original to the binoculars, but the leather case which these are in does have a military crows foot stamp.
