SOLOMON HOUGHAM (PROBABLY); two George III hallmarked silver lidded salts of rounded rectangular form, each raised on four turned supports, London 1809 and 1819, lengths 10.5cm and 9cm, combined approx 8.7ozt/270.6g (2).Additional InformationThe larger salt has a replaced liner and the lid has possibly been replaced - I say this because it doesn't fit correctly and has no marks at all to it, it is also loose. General surface wear throughout, clear hallmarks. The second salt has replaced blue glass liner, very little give to the lid. General surface wear, slight obscure mark and with maker's mark stamp to the base.
