A Moorcroft pottery ginger jar and cover Decorated in the Gustavia pattern, designed by Debbie Hancock, height 16cm CONDITION REPORT: Good condition with no chips, cracks or restoration, minor crazing to cover (possibly seconds quality as the impressed Moorcroft stamp has a green paint line running through)
Patrick Procktor (1936-2003), a limited edition (32/35) colour etching Aquatint in colours, 'Woman Reading' (1989), signed in pencil in the margin lower right, image size 37cm x 49.5cm CONDITION REPORT: The edges of the hand cut paper are a little rough and to be super critical there is a very small kink half way down on the left hand side of the margin and also a little lower toward the outside vertical edge of the white paper. The item is unframed and there is also a small circular stamp to the paper which looks like an elephant with the letters C.N. underneath. There is a slight crease approx. 9cm which is visible on the right hand wrist.

Charles Johnson Payne called 'Snaffles' (British, 1884-1967), 'Andsome is Wot 'Andsome Does', hand coloured print, laid onto a support sheet with printed title and remarque, signed in pencil lower left with the 'Snaffles bit' blind stamp, 18 3/8 x 16½in. (46.7 x 42cm.), glazed in modern gilt frame.* Condition: Toning and some light foxing to support sheet. Small nick to surface of card below 'Andsome', two others to river in remarque and 2in. scratch to card to left hand margin approx. 3in above signature. Fox mark to centre of sky on print. Print is slightly cockled. Small white spot to top centre of support sheet.
Charles Johnson Payne called 'Snaffles' (British, 1884-1967), 'Peshawar Vale', hand coloured print, laid onto a support sheet with printed title and remarque, signed in pencil lower left with the 'Snaffles bit' blind stamp, 18¾ x 28in. (47.5 x 71cm.), glazed in modern gilt frame.* Condition: Toning and foxing to support sheet and foxing to upper half of print. Toning is heavier in a 1in. wide vertical line approx. 5in. from left hand edge of print. Water marking around top and right hand joint of print and support sheet.
Jules Moigniez (French, 1835-1894), a fine and extremely rare cased gilt bronze letter opener with wax seal, in the form of a pheasant's head and feather, the handle modelled as the head with bright red glass eyes, the handle terminating in a monogrammed seal, the blade as a detailed feather grasped in its beak, signed to underside of beak 'J Moigniez', 13¾in. (34.5cm.) long, in the original fitted retailer's box, with faux crocodile print exterior, the box opening to reveal a silk lined fitted interior, with retailer's stamp to lid 'ALA RENAISSANCE 47.49 Bould St Martin PARIS'.* Condition: The letter opener in excellent condition with no faults, the case with little wear to underside and interior but in very good condition.
A boxed silver Asprey's tea strainer, Asprey & Co. Ltd., Birmingham 1935, with Jubilee mark, pierced with holes and stars, marked to base 'ASPREY LONDON', the rim, 'Made in England', 6¼in. (15.8cm.) long, in original fitted dark blue morocco leather box, opening to reveal retailers stamp to lid 'ASPREY, 166 BOND ST, LONDON', silk lined strainer aperture to base.* Condition: In excellent condition, no faults, the box lining very slightly stained.
