He returned to the club as manager for four years in 1971. The photograph was originally mounted and framed and on display at the Albion Throstle club until closure and was then stored. W.G Richardson who made 320 apperances between 1929 and 1945 scoring 202 goals and scored 39 goals in 35/36 the highest by any Albion player in top division football.
