A railway open face pocket watch, the plated base with cancelled LNER stamp, now marked SR 4194, another open face pocket watch, and two AlbertsReport by GHThe railway watch, currently adjusting, ticking and running as it should in the saleroom. Some wear, scratches and a couple of tiny chips to the glass face. The enamel face generally in good condition and appears to be free of any cracks or damage.Some wear as you would expect to the metal casing.

Superman II (1980) Daily Planet 'White House Surrenders' Newspaper. Street vendors sold these newspapers shortly before Superman’s (Christopher Reeve) reappearance at the offices of the Daily Planet. Printed on newspaper stock, it consists of a printed cover page stuck to insert pages taken from a 1979 copy of The Windsor, Slough and Eton Express. The newspaper features the headline 'White House Surrenders' and features images of General Zod (Terence Stamp) and the President of the United States (E.G. Marshall), unfolded, 23.5 x 17 inches

An 18ct yellow gold cased open face crown wind pocket watch, the circular dial set with Arabic numerals and subsidiary seconds dial stamped 'J. Telford Keswick' and 'Rolex', diameter 4cm, engraved to reverse 'J.D.K June 5th 1927', approx 54g, in original case. CONDITION REPORT: Running at point of cataloguing but no guarantee of working order, the dial with some spots of discolouration, hands probably replaced, the Rolex stamp faded and slightly off centre, general wear and tear to the case with scratches, nicks and gouges.

A military issue Adams & Co trench periscope no.9 MkXI with paper label dated 1917 and stamped broad arrow mark, with spare mirror and housed in original canvas case also bearing broad arrows stamp. CONDITION REPORT: General wear and tear commensurate with age and possible use, surface scratches, loss to the painted finish, label stained, metal sections somewhat corroded, the spare mirror with some wear particularly around the edges, the bag with some fraying, discolouration, staining, internal pockets also frayed if indeed these are meant as pockets, a tear to the bag, the canvas strap attached to the bag possible later replacement.

A late 19th century French onyx mantel clock of architectural form, the circular dial set with Arabic numerals, the movement bearing S. Marti Et Cie silver medal stamp and no. 73648, chiming on the hour and half hour, height approx 35cm. CONDITION REPORT: Onyx is sectional in parts with natural fissures and cracks throughout, one part of top section loose, some small old repairs to back, a small chip to one side upright, large area of damage to side of base (see photo), small chips throughout to raised points.
