19th century Davenport porcelain fruit service comprising a pair of small tureens with covers, large lattice pierced bowl on a stem and circular foot, seventeen matching plates, three matching oval comports, four matching frilly rim dishes and a pair of square comports, decorated with all-over pink roses with gilt border and motif to the centre, marked Davenport with anchor stamp to the underside. (29)CONDITION REPORT: No numbers to any of the pieces. Three serving dishes, sauce tureen, centrepiece and three plates have a purple backstamp. The rest have an orange backstamp. Around eight plates are cracked or damaged. The centrepiece is damaged, as is one side dish. There is age-related losses to the gilding throughout.
