A collection of miniature bijouterie, comprising a silver satchel for storing stamps, silver trug shaped pill box, circular white metal pill container, a rectangular lidded brass box with embossed decoration and a bone clenched fist (5). (see illustration). CONDITION REPORT: There are five items in this lot, all in used condition in line with age. A small silver stamp container on four round raised feet is in working order. The lid opens and closes tightly. The leather interior is discoloured in places. There is also discolouration to the silver throughout. Structurally sound. The small stamp satchel again has a lid which opens and closes tightly. No visible losses, in working order. The small round pill box has a lid which operates on a hinge. It is slightly loose but does open and close. Again with discolouration to the main body of the item. The lidded brass embossed box is with numerous dents and shows signs of use.

A Burmantofts faience turquoise urn, No. 372 with factory stamp to base. 41 cm high. (see illustration). CONDITION REPORT: This urn is structurally in sound condition. No visible losses or cracks. The glaze does have imperfections in many places both with colour, rubbing to the top edge where the glaze is lost, pitting and crazed areas of the surface. The interior of the bottom of the base is significantly crazed and the glaze is raised in places. Also to the base itself there is old card still stuck to the rim in many areas.

Lot 88

A pair of late 19th century Royal Worcester models, of oriental figures carrying water by James Hadley, both marked with Hadley stamp and Royal Worcester marks to base. Each +/- 45 cm high (2). (see illustration). CONDITION REPORT: These two figurines are structurally sound with no visible losses, cracks or hairline cracks. Some areas of wear to the base, the occasional patches of ingrained dirt. Both urns to each figurine are loose on their bases. Some have circular brass fittings of which there are parts missing and they are loose. There is some wear to the decoration and the gilt decoration on both figurines.
