A Third Reich SA dagger, 22cm flattened diamond section blade by WKC etched with the motto Alles fur Deutschland, characteristic Holbein hilt, the crossguard with district stamp P for Pommern, contained in its repainted scabbard, together with two German dress bayonets, each with plated hilt and black painted scabbards, one by Klaas and a relic First War German bayonet. (4)
A Victorian Other Ranks Lance Cap to the 12th Lancers, black leather peak and skull with red cloth band, black leather top with brass mounts, black velvet backed chin chain with lion’s mask bosses, regimental lance cap plate with battle honours to SEVASTOPOL, green and yellow wool tuft with 12th Lancers button, gilt plume holder, black cloth liner with War Department stamp and dated 1901, complete with red plume.
UMAYYAD: Hisham, 724-743, glass vessel stamp (26.74g), AH107, A-— (31 x 18 mm) with remnant of the stem connector to vessel, slight devitrification, light green, transparent, Fine to Very Fine, RRR. The inscription is bism Allah / amara bi`l-wafa / `abd Allah hisha- / -m amir al-mu`minin / sana sab` / wa mi`a, which seems to be correct, despite some minor weakness here and there. Glass pieces citing only the Umayyad caliph are extremely rare, and very few have ever been published. A COLLECTION OF 36 CARTE D`VISITE AND 1/6 PLATE TINTYPE PORTRAITS, 19TH CENTURY. The majority unique or better images including a Washington and Lincoln (HPOTHEOSIS); a young boy in colonial dress with American flag, inscribed in margin "Willy, 1776" with studio stamp of "A.H. Halls, Chatsworth, Illinois"; a little black girl in wicker chair; a young boy with lamb; two portraits with printed titles "Ira D. Sankey" and "Dwight M. Moody"; a portrait of James Malley and five portraits of distinguished gentlemen, possibly statesmen, with photographer`s backstamps including Gardner, Mendenhall and Tyrell; plus other images. 21 contained in a period leather pocket album, together with a leather cased notebook gilt inscribed "My Trip", circa 1900 with 13 handwritten pages describing a train trip east.
FOUR 19TH CENTURY ICE CUTTING, WELL DRILLING, AND 1893 COLUMBIAN EXPOSITION MIDWAY ALBUMEN CABINET CARD PHOTOGRAPHS. Four exceptional period images comprising a very fine view of the 1893 Columbian Exposition Midway Plaisance with the Vienna Café and ferris wheel center background, the "Panorama of Kilavea" building on the left and "Old Vienna" buildings on the right, a good sharp well exposed image with studio back stamp of "C. Soresen, Cedar Falls, Iowa", 4.25 inches x 5.25 inches (11 x 13 cm) overall; a good image of a gushing well head with posed onlookers among the derrick and later inscribed on verso "possible picture, flowing well across road from Claim-Kimball S. Dak" 6.5 inches x 4.25 inches (16 x 11 cm) overall; and a series of two ice cutting scenes depicting cutters with ice saws on river, and loading blocks into ice house. Both partially obscured photo artist name, probably T.M. Askren. 4.25 inches x 6.5 inches (11 x 16.5 cm) each.

Six pieces including a photograph of Ella Kate Ewing "The Missouri Giantess" considered to be the world`s tallest woman at the time with Husted Gorin, Missouri photographer`s stamp; a cabinet card of the Horvath Midgets with Barnum and Bailey Circus; a cabinet card of the Mizuno family by Frank Wendt; a photograph of a very obese woman by Charles Sweet, Cincinnati; a portrait of an elderly Native American woman by a Seattle photographer, the verso inscribed "Indian lady who when a small child warned the Whites the Indians were coming to fight them"; and a photograph of Commador Nutt and Miss Minnie Warren together with an albumen portrait of Buffalo Bill with facsimile signature. The largest 6.5 inches x 4.25 inches.

Over a dozen pieces comprising a very fine barber shop interior photograph on studio card (circa 1933), a barber shop interior (circa 1890s) with shaving scene and shaving mugs in background, a cabinet card photo of a dental extraction with studio stamp of Frank Newberry, Clarksville, Iowa, three real photo postcards with Azo backs--two depicting early barber shop interiors and one of a saloon (circa 1913), a child`s bent wire booster seat, a reverse decorated glass barber`s license frame for Harry S. Buhman and containing his barber certificate for 1927 and five straight razors (four in boxes).
A VERY FINE DUTCH SILVER AND CUT CRYSTAL CENTERPIECE EPERGNE, 1853. Stamp hallmarks including "Z&B" probably for Pieter Zollner and William Beijoer (1849-1871) comprising a silver entwining stem with extending foliage supporting two scallop cut crystal trays below a tulip blossom finial raised on a scalloped floral repousse and chased bell form base. Additionally stamped "Pde Meyer te`Hage." Silver weight approximately 34.76 troy oz. Height 22.5 inches (57cm).
A GROUP OF IMPERIAL RUSSIAN PORCELAIN, EIGHT PIECES, CIRCA 1890. All similarly decorated with ox blood glaze and floral decorated central medallions. Comprising a large 15 inch (38.5 cm) charger with scalloped rim, verso with red Gardner stamp beneath the Imperial Warrant; together with a pair of shallow 12.75 inch (30 cm) serving bowls both with red Gardner stamp beneath the Imperial Warrant and also with impressed mark; Four 9.5 inch (24 cm) plates each with red Gardner mark beneath the Imperial Warrant; and a 10.75 inch (27.5 cm) serving dish, verso with the red stamp Kuznetsov beneath the Imperial Warrant.
