Unusual late 19th Century French Aesthetic School gilt metal-mounted mahogany bracket or mantel clock, in the Japanesque taste, with 3.5'' white Arabic chapter ring, the two train movement with Japy Freres stamp, striking on a posted gong, the pagoda case with Dog of Fo finial over stepped roof with twelve dragon ornaments, bamboo-pierced front panels and bone and mother-of-pearl relief panels to sides, 45cm high Condition: Dial very good condition. Movement appears clean and sound, untreated, sold as seen. Case very good condition, no damage. Sold with pendulum and winder.
