The clock is striking on a bell but no clock keys. Lock missing from one of the cupboard doors. Some minor lifting of veneers in places, mainly on the cartonnier side panel.

An Alexandrite and Diamond Cluster Ringthe cushion cut alexandrite within a border of old cut diamonds, in yellow claw settings, to a tapered shoulder plain polished shank, total estimated diamond weight 1.40 carat approximatelyfinger size JThe ring was valued for insurance purposes in 2015 at £24,350. The ring is in good condition with slight wear to the facet edges and chips to two diamonds. It bears no hallmark nor stamp but in our opinion would test as gold. The alexandrite measures 8.70mm x 7.30mm x 4.49mm approximately. The insurance valuation states that the ring was accompanied by an AnchorCert Gemstone Identification Report, report number 20023917, dated 11 June 2015, stating the alexandrite to be natural with a colour change from a yellowish green in daylight to brownish red in incandescent light, the report is NOT present. The approximate qualities of the diamonds are; colour I/J/K, clarity SI2/I1/I2. Gross weight 6.8 grams. CR made 13.09.23.
