Sign.; Gießerstempel "FONDEUR SIOT-DECAUVILLE PARIS". Art Nouveau-Aktstatuette einer Nymphe mit zwei Flöten, sich mit der Schulter an einen Baum lehnend. Albert-Lefeuvre war ein Schüler von Auguste Dumont und Alexandre Falguière an der École des Beaux-Arts in Paris; seit 1875 stellte er vielfach im Salon aus, 1900 beteiligte er sich auch an der Weltausstellung in Paris. Seine Bronzen wurden von den renommierten Kunstgießereien Siot-Decauville und Barbedienne ausgeführt. Eine 1894 entstandene Marmorversion von "Muse des bois" befindet sich im Musée d'arts de Nantes. Aktfigur eines Mannes in zusammengekauerter Pose mit angewinkeltem linken Bein an der Ecke eines winkeligen Podestsockels kauernd, beide Hände als Ausdruck seiner Verzweiflung fest am Kopf haltend. Seltene Bronze des bedeutenden polnischen Bildhauers, der 1901-1905 an der Akademie in Krakau studierte; 1907-1909 lebte er in Paris, wo er sein Bildhauerstudium bei Auguste Rodin in dessen Atelier in Meudon fortsetzte. 1910-1926 leitete er eine Bildhauerwerkstatt in Warschau, infolge des Warschauer Aufstandes wurde sein Atelier mit einem Großteil seines künstlerischen Schaffens 1944 von den deutschen Besatzern zerstört. Exemplar aus einer Sonder-Edition in einer 10er-Auflage mit brauner Patinierung (innerhalb der 980er Nummerierung) als ungeteilte Bronze-Plastik, Guss 2007. An der Plinthe Inschrift "Der Bildhauer im Maler ist sein bester Feind". Vollplastische, expressive Darstellung eines sitzenden Affen, einen überdimensionalen Pinsel haltend und anschauend, die Oberfläche in lebendig reliefierter Textur durch die roh belassenen Tonklumpen des Modells. Für Immendorff, der die deutsche Kunst seit den 1970er Jahren prägte, war der Affe das Sinn- oder Ebenbild des Malers, quasi sein "Alter Ego". Der "Maleraffe" wurde daher ein immer wiederkehrendes Motiv im gesamten Oeuvre Immendorffs. In einer großen Plastik von 2002 hat er sich sogar selbst als Maleraffe an der Hand von Joseph Beuys dargestellt, denn er studierte in den 1960er Jahren bei ihm an der Düsseldorfer Akademie. 1989 erhielt er eine Professur an der Städelschule in Frankfurt am Main, ab 1996 war er Professor an der Kunstakademie Düsseldorf. Quernadel und Herstellermarke "Emilio Pagani Milano" (Maße 7 x 5,5 cm, Gewicht 24,5 g). Dreieckiger Wimpel (Maße 68 x 42 cm) aus schwarzem Seidenrips mit Silberfransenbehang, beidseitig jeweils in aufgenähter Silberschnur ein fünfstrahliger Stern sowie die Schriftzüge "Mussolini" und "Intrepida", sechs Befestigungsbänder. Dazu ein Wimpel (Maße 55 x 35 cm) aus schwarzem Rips mit goldenem Fransenbehang und golden aufgesticktem Fascis-Emblem "P.N.F." sowie dem goldgestickten Schriftzug "Gino Pacini / Ponte a Egola", sechs Befestigungsbänder. A Type 97 Navy Officer’s Kai-gunto The blade is the usual stain resistant steel type used in navy swords, with a cosmetic straight temper. The tang is not signed but has the naval Anchor stamp, and there is a painted assembly number of 120 on the tang, all parts are stamped A120 and matching. Overall, very nice condition with the desirable shagreen scabbard and nice solid brown tassel.
