Total height 171 cmCONDITION REPORT:The bronze figure is in excellent condition throughout, slight rubbing at nose? slightly different tone. Presented to both Houses of Parliament by Command of Her Majesty'. London: Printed by George Edward Eyre and William Spottswoode, Printers to the Queen's most excellent Majesty. HMSO 1860. A superbly preserved half-leather bound report. The owner (a bookbinder) has, it appears, fashioned neatly a 'pocket' to inside of rear board to accommodate all the (superbly preserved) maps relevant to the subject. There is a stamp: MASTER COPY NOT TO LEAVE REFERENCE ROOM to ffep. There is some rubbung to the leather portions, but all-in- all, a very well-preserved volume.

Group of six redware lead glazed and slip decorated stoneware pottery ceramic plates and chargers. The three larger charges each with an incised signature along the back by Christopher Woods (American, 20th c.); titled "Hello good day"; two dated 1995 and one dated 1996. One charger with an impressed stamp from Turtlecreek Potters. The three small plates each with an incised or impressed signature along the underside from Joel Huntley (J. Huntley) and Wisconsin Pottery in Columbus, Wisconsin. Each titled and dated along the underside: One plate with dotted and swirled decoration reading "7-15-96 Cloudy and mild."; one plate with foliate and wavy decoration reading "9-9-93 Great Day"; one undated plate with straight and wavy lines reading "Sunny, Humid and warm."Diameter ranges from 6 1/2 in to 10 3/4 in.

Music box; 19th century.Gilt bronze and gilt silver.Measurements: 4.5 x 3 cm.Music box in the shape of a stamp with a Louis XV coin motif, located on the base. This type of objects were very appreciated from the 19th century, with a great variety of models, factories, materials, etc., normally trying to hide the mechanism that moves them for a greater surprise in the spectator and often accompanied by a musical mechanism. However, they were always intended for the upper classes, since their construction and design required high quality and mastery due to the delicate machinery and materials chosen.
