A collection of Royal Crown Derby tea and coffee wares, comprising 6 plates, 6 large saucers, 3 large teacups, sugar basin, cream jug, large basin, 6 coffee cups, 6 saucers and two handled cup. CONDITION REPORT: The 6 coffee cups and saucers, basin, cream jug, 2 small bowls and two handled mug are all marked 1128. All pieces are in good order with no chips, cracks, damage, repairs or restoration. There is perhaps some very minor rubbing to the gilding but clearly these pieces seem little used. The remaining items in this lot all match and all have the same back stamp but no style number. One cup is in good order. Two do not ring true when tapped. All other pieces are in good condition with no chips, damage, repairs or restoration. The gilding is generally in extremely good order. They do not appear to be seconds. The teapot is in generally good order with the exception of a hairline crack which runs through the middle two holes that allow the tea into the spout. This is only visible on the inside. One cup has a hairline crack running from the top lip by the handle right down through the base of the cup. One saucer has a 3 cm hairline crack. The sugar basin has some staining to the bottom. We are not sure if this will wash off or not. All other pieces are in good order with no chips, repairs or restoration.
