A late Victorian novelty silver and enamel cigarette case/vesta case, modelled as a posted letter, Wright & Davies, London, 1892, 11.9cm, gross 5.5oz.CONDITION: The enamel on the 'stamp' is chipped and scratched. Tarnish marks and minor scratches in general. Hole to bottom front left of the front. A couple of minor dings around the hinge are at one end. Enamelled engraved crest en verso. Some loss/damage to the enamel. Hallmarks clear.
