* Edward Hughes (1953-2006), a circular shallow saucer dish, with brown and white mottled glaze, impressed monogram to foot rim, diameter 17 cm, and a similarly glazed square section bottle vase, height 23 cm. CONDITION REPORT: The small dish is in good condition with no damage, no repairs and no restoration. The bottle vase is also in first class condition but does not bear the potters stamp.
A large Scottish silver and crowned agate "Luckenbooth" brooch. CONDITION REPORT: Height 55 mm, width 42 mm. The silver is marked to the rear Iona Scotland Sterling and has a maker's stamp which we think is either C A J or O A J. We would have thought that this piece was early 20th century. The condition of the hardstone is very good and the silver mount also. There are no condition issues.
A Lalique glass bowl, decorated with hounds, signed in script to base "R. Lalique" and with stamp to centre of bowl. Diameter 24 cm (AF). CONDITION REPORT: This lot is damaged hence the estimate. Unfortunately there are three significant rim and edge chips to the bowl. One is small approximately 7 mm x 5 mm, another large approximately 15 mm x 12 mm and the third larger still at approximately 18 mm x 15 mm. There are also a few very minor rim nibbles and several scratches to the interior of the bowl.
A cased silver christening set, fork and spoon, Birmingham 1875, and a pair of fish servers with silver plated blades and silver handles, Sheffield 1904, an Edwardian silver stamp case, repousse with the Monarchs head, maker GV & Co. Registered No. 388332, a pince nez, a bookmark stamped "Silver" and a pickle fork.

Fine Quality 9ct Gold and Enamel Sweetheart Brooch being the cipher of Queen Alexandra, possibly for Queen Alexandria’s Nursing Service. Red enamel remains in excellent undamaged condition. Reverse of the brooch has gold hallmarks and makers stamp. Complete with original brooch bar. Very good example.
Three Early Military and Police Whistles, consisting of a plated brass Thunderer patent example by Ms Pherson Brothers 78 Argyle St Glasgow, stamped to the side with broad arrow stamp and C.G.R underneath. Small tin type whistle fitted with a General Service button and a Newcastle Upon Tyne Police brass button to the other side. Also a standard Military Police Metropolitan pattern whistle. All remain in good overall conditions. (3 items)
Victorian Royal Engineers Officers Home Service Helmet, blue cloth cork body with gilt metal trim to the front peak. Gilt metal helmet plate which is missing the lower section. Gilt metal side rosettes. Cross piece spike base to the top of the helmet. Complete with the original leather and artificial silk sweatband to the interior. Shell is stamped with Hawkes & Co makers stamp.
Third Reich Dagger Accoutrements and Belt Manufacturer Roder &Cie Solingen Salesman Catalogue, having illustrations of the various dagger accoutrements and belts that they produced for armed forces and civilian organisations of the Third Reich such as the Labour Corps (RAD) and Police etc. Front cover has remains of an ink stamp from a Vienna salesman. Good overall condition.
WW2 Polish Paperwork and Insignia Grouping attributed to Zdzistaw Grzywaczewski. Insignia consists of bullion wire beret badge with two bullion rank bars below, two slip on shoulder rank strips and embroidered POLAND national title. His original fibre dog tag with his details. Paperwork includes discharge certificate, Legitymacja for the Medalu Wojska with ink stamp of the 11 Polish Corps Signals, allied safe conduct pass (kept by Grzywaczewski as his English was very bad and feared he would be shot as a enemy spy), plus other mainly Italian documents. Interesting attributed grouping. (14 items)
A pair of Taylor Hobson military issue 6x30 binoculars with original carrying case, strap and lanyard. CONDITION REPORT Bino Prism No.2 Mk III, serial number 249109. Stamped 1943 with WD 'arrow' marks. Although the prisms appear to be aligned, both eyepiece focussing rings are loose. The inside of the canvas case bears a stamp "M.E.Co. 1943 Buxton College Derbyshire".
