FRENCH CHINOISERIE POLYCHROME BOMBE COMMODE French Chinoiserie wooden polychromed bombe commode. Has two drawers to front with locking mechanism to top drawer. White fitted marble top. Depicts Chinese vases with flowers to sides. Front depicts a landscape scene with two women riding horses. Pagodas, people and children can also be seen. Dore bronze scrolled cladding to legs, lock and center of bottom drawer. 19th/20th century. Top of commode marked `MADE IN FRANCE` to upper left hand corner. Each corner holds black `CHARDONNAY` round stamp mark. Measures 35" height x 51" width x 21 1/8" depth (88.9cm x 129.5cm x 53.6cm).
