Beschreibung: Breiter, mehrfach eingezogener Standring. In die zylindrische Wandung insgesamt 18 Silbermünzen eingelassen, unter anderem Danzig. Des weiteren je eine 'Auswurfmünze' anlässlich der Krönung Friedrich I. im Jahre 1701 in Königsberg, in der Mitte des scharnierten, mehrfach eingezogenen Deckels bzw. im Boden eingelassen. Der Ohrhenkel mit gegabelter Daumenrast, Perlzier und Schild. Vorne auf der Wandung unterhalb des Lippenrandes Besitzergravur mit Datum: "C.Federowitz Ao 1771 / 4 Juny". Auf der Oberseite des Deckels Umschrift: "Regina Sahmin Wittil Gebohr. Kaeyserin (?) 1706 15. Febri" / "Anna Dorothea : Fischerin : geb : Offin : Ao 1744 d. 13 Martii". Gewicht: 630g. Maße: Höhe 16cm. Marke: BZ Königsberg (Czihak Ostpreussen Nr.2), Jahresbuchstabe R für 1705, Tremolierstrich, MZ Christian Bistram (ab 1701, gest. 1738, ebd. Nr.292). Provenance: This violin has been privately owned for over 50 years and was played as the first violin in the Gewandhaus Leipzig for 40 years.
