An Indian 16 bore military pattern flintlock musket, 49" overall, barrel 33" with block rearsight, the breech stamped with Jaipur Arsenal marks, the muzzle with long bayonet bar, EIC lock with raised pan, the plate bearing traces of rampant lion mark and restamped "1810" on the tail, fullstocked with arsenal stamp on the butt, military pattern brass mounts, sling swivels, steel ramrod. A 1796 pattern light cavalry trooper's sword, curved, shallow fullered blade, 33", with inspector's stamp at forte, regulation stirrup hilt with langets, eared backstrap and pommel, ribbed leather grip, in its steel scabbard. Basically GC (grip leather replaced, blade not fully seated, some wear and pitting)
A 1796 pattern light cavalry trooper's sword, broad, curved shallow fullered blade 33", marked B on backstrap, inspector's stamp at forte, regulation steel stirrup hilt with langets, plain backstrap, without ears, and pommel, in its steel scabbard. Basically GC (grip covering missing, cleaned over light pitting, edge lightly nicked)
A scarce 1861 pattern Army Hospital Corps sergeants sword, slightly curved, fullered blade 29", DE at tip, marked Mole on backstrap, with Enfield inspector's stamp at forte, pattern 1845 infantry officer's brass hilt incorporating crowned VR cypher, fishskin grip, marked behind the quillon "4 1878/AHC/1724" in brass mounted black leather scabbard, the locket with frog stud and marked on the back "NTM2A", with a leather knot. GC (grip wire missing, sword does not fully enter scabbard, blade some wear and light pitting).
An interesting 1857 pattern R Engineer's NCO's sword, slightly curved blade 32?" by Robt Mole & Son, Manufacturers, Birmingham, with inspector's stamp on backstrap and forte, etched with crowned VR cypher, Royal Engineers and winged lightning, within scrolled panels, regulation brass honeysuckle pattern guard, diced pommel, wirebound fishskin grip, most of the top part of the guard has been shot away, evidently in battle. Basically GC (blade some wear)
