WW1 British Other Ranks Greatcoat, heavy khaki wool example with brass general service buttons to the front. Shoulder boards fitted with brass Royal Warwickshire regimental shoulder titles. Lower pockets with plain flaps. Partial white cloth lining to the interior with remains of the original red issue label to the lower section and American film studio stamp inside the arm. Remains in good condition overall.

After Lawrence Stephen Lowry R.A. (British 1887-1976), "Landscape with Farm Buildings", signed in pencil in margin, with Fine Art Trade Guild blind stamp and further blind stamp initials CDD, colour reproduction, published in 1974 by Venture Prints Ltd., Bristol, England. Image 40 cm x 50 cm (see illustration). ARR CONDITION REPORT: The print is glazed, framed and mounted. The back of the picture is board and we have not attempted to see if the print is stuck down. It has clearly been professionally framed so we would imagine that it has been mounted correctly but cannot guarantee that is has not been stuck down. There is no foxing or damage to the print. It is signed bottom right in pencil. It has the stamps to the bottom left corner. At the top of the print it stated “Published in 1974 by Venture Prints Ltd., Bristol, England, Copy right in all countries including the USA. Printed in England.” The colours in the print are strong and in our opinion not faded. The colours are as the image online.
