HARDING & SON BORO LONDON, stamped with a crown over an arrow stamp, stepped and bolted signed lock, also stamped with a crown over arrow, full stocked with brass mounts. Harding manufactured Mail Coach pistols and the crowned arrow mark is not that dissimilar to marks found on Mail Coach pistols and believed to have been issued to Inspectors of Royal Mail Coaches.

61.75cm curved fullered blade struck with a crown over R maker's stamp at the forte, regulation brass hilt, the D-shaped knuckle guard with two scrolling support bars, ribbed grip. See Le Sabre D'ABORDAGE by Michel Petard pages 55 to 57. Almost certainly used at Trafalgar but Gilkerson records them as having been used by the Americans during the American Revolution.

84cm clean fullered blade incised with the Passau running wolf stamp, tip of blade rounded, characteristic basket hilt, the lower guard chiselled with foliage, D-shaped knuckle guard united to the side bars by lateral bars, some losses, spirally fluted leather covered grip, spherical pommel, the whole with original blackened finish and traces of gilt decoration, contained in its very rare leather wrapped wooden scabbard. Provenance: Nostell.

the two-piece skull with raised turned comb, rivet decoration to the base of the skull, downturned broad brim with turned edge and struck with the inventory stamp of JRII. Circa 1645, retains most of its black protective finish to the inside. Small split to the skull. See Pg 19 The London Armourer's of the 17th Century for a discussion about this stamp's retrospective use as an indicator of its presence in the Tower of London.

Beatles / George Harrison / Olivia Arias, a personal letter from Olivia Orias, future wife of George Harrison to Joan Taylor (wife of Derek Taylor) plus an additional note from George Harrison as an addendum to the letter. Comes with it's envelope dated 17th December 1976 with gold stamp 'George Harrison' and with Olivia Arias written on the rear. The Letter is on gold 'George Harrison' headed paper with a printed drawing of what appears to be Friar Park and written from Mahabalipuram in India. The letter details George Harrison having some problems with digestion (!), meeting Satya Sai Baba with Ravi Shankar and Kamala Shashtri and detailing the contact there was between him and George plus other details of their stay. The addendum from George Harrison states: Hello - Something For Derek - check the story on the back too - Love George'. Olivia has signed her name and added the 'Om' symbol - very good condition

Beatles / Derek Taylor / Passport, Derek Taylor's passport covering the period 15th February 1962 to 15th February 1972. Derek Taylor was the Beatles Press Officer in 1964 and from 1968 to 1970 and this Passport is a fascinating piece of Beatles history including as it does various Immigration Stamps co-inciding with Beatles Tours / Other Activities during 1964 and 1965 including New Zealand and Australia Stamps for 1964 tour, Bahamas Stamp March 2nd 1965 ('Help' filming), 14th Jan 1964 French stamp for the start of the series of France gigs, Denmark and Holland Stamps for the Early June 1964 gigs in those countries, Hong Kong Stamp on 8th June for the concert there, August 17th 1964 for entrance to the USA plus a Canada stamp for the September 1964 for the North America tour and more. Bears Derek Taylor's signature and photograph and in very good condition
