Victorian Royal Irish Constabulary Sword And Scabbard, finely etched blade having scrolling foliate design and the Royal Irish Constabulary seal. Comprises a fishskin grip, half-basket guard with the coat of arms of Ireland. Steel scabbard has both its suspension rings intact, blade length, 33 inches (83.8 cm); the overall length of the sword is 37.5 inches (95.2 cm), scabbard length, 33.5 inches (85.1 cm) long. A circa 1937 Kriegsmarine officer's dagger; the 24.5cm blade marked 'WKC' with knight's head above and in near fine condition with sailing ship, anchor and scroll decoration; the brass pommel with eagle clutching swastika; (length from tip of scabbard to top of eagle's head, 41.9 cm) CONDITION REPORT: The scabbard has dents on both sides located between the tip and the lightning flash decoration, but otherwise in good condition. The grip's brass wire has been removed.
A Swedish Mauser bayonet by Erik Anton Berg; 20.8cm blade marked 'E.A.B.' and '260' with crown above, crossguard marked 'No 123' and 'I 5/24' complete with scabbard and leather frog CONDITION REPORT: Unfortunately we could not arrange a delivery for this as it is a lethal weapon and you need to instruct your own courier to collect this. You can send a commission bid by email and I will confirm receipt. The scabbard doesn't really have any dents but it does have a little oxidisation on the top half, the top half which is not obscured by leather - from the tip upwards but this is not a big problem. Can't really see any major dents or problems. The serial numbers do not appear to match, serial number on the scabbard is 9 over a lower case I. 6 No 400, the number on the guard of the bayonet says 5 over lower case I 24 No 193. The press stud does function but it does not take much pressing to get the blade out of the scabbard. Neither blade or scabbard is bent or out of scabbard.
