A Vic officer’s 1821 pattern heavy cavalry officers sword of The Kings Dragoon Guards, very slightly curved, fullered blade 34½", by Wilkinson, no 26098 (1884), etched with flat top crowned VR cypher, regimental badge, 10 battle honour scrolls "Blenheim" to "S Africa 1879" and owner’s monogram FSW (?), regulation pierced steel ‘honeysuckle’ guard, wirebound fishskin grip, chequered pommel, in its plated steel scabbard. Basically GC (worn overall, one throatscrew replaced).
A Geo V 1897 pattern infantry officer’s sword, straight fullered blade 32", etched on both sides with crown, R Arms, GVR cypher and wreath, within scrolled panels, regulation steel hilt incorporating GVR cypher, wirebound fishskin grip, in its leather FS scabbard. An 1885 pattern cavalry trooper’s sword, slightly curved fullered blade, 34½", by Weyersberg Kirschbaum & Co, Solingen, with various Ordnance stamps, plated at forte, regulation sheet steel hilt with pierced Maltese Cross, diced composition grips, back of guard stamped Y/LCT/115 (Leicestershire) in its steel scabbard stamped LCT/165. GC (shallow scabbard dent, some old varnish and black paint overall)

A good 1897 pattern sword of the Royal Engineers, very slightly curved earlier blade 32½", by T McBride Glasshouse St London & Woolwich, etched with crowned VR cypher, winged lightning and Royal Engineers within elaborate panels, officially rehilted, with regulation plated guard incorporating crowned Ed VII cypher, wirebound fishskin grip, in its leather FS scabbard. Near VGC (very slight bubbling to inside of guard, chape stitching AF)

"A late Victorian 1831 pattern General Officer’s Mameluke sword by Thurkle of Soho, London, with 33ins etched blade (decoration somewhat worn), with gilt brass cruciform pattern hilt and plain ivory curved grip, complete with polished brass scabbard and silver wire tassel (one end missing) Note : The sword was the property of Colonel John Jopp C.B. (1840-1923). He served in the Indian Army and fought in the Abyssinian War and the Afghan War. He became Political Resident or Governor of Aden 1890-1895, with the rank of Brigadier General and was ADC to Queen Victoria from 1895-1897."
