WW2 Free French Forces 2nd pattern Fairbairn-Sykes Parkerised Commando Fighting knife. A good and scarce example, believed to have been carried by Free French special forces. The hilt with Parkerised grip of chequered design, the pommel mounted with a Cross of Lorraine. Double edged spear point plain blade, the hilt with oval cross guard, this stamped with a WD arrow and “B2”. Housed in brown leather scabbard with Parkerised square chape. Elasticised retaining strap absent, . leather tangs remain. The overall condition is good, blade length 16cm
WW2 Period 3rd Pattern Fairbairn-Sykes Parkerised “42” Commando fighting knife. A good example. The oval cross guard is stamped with a WD arrow and “42”, while the pommel embossed with a “2”, the hilt with Parkerised finish to the ribbed grip. The double edged blade with spear point is a length of 17 cm. Housed in a leather scabbard with Parkerised chape and period tailored with a leather retaining strap with press stud. Tangs absent.

The hilt with oval crossguard and Parkerised chequered grip. Complete with a commercial black leather associated scabbard. The blade has been sharpened and polished cutler’s details part obscured.

A German WWI artillery sword, the fullered blade with etched detail and inscribed 'II Hannov. Held Artill. Regt. No.26' to one side and 'Deutschland Uber Alles der Welt' with further indistinct inscription to either side, with wirework shagreen grip, blade length 78cm (lacking scabbard, for restoration). Additional InformationBlade heavily worn with surface corrosion, wear to etching, the hilt section also with heavy wear, surface corrosion, all in need of attention, some of the wirework has come loose.
A 1907 pattern WW1 period sword bayonet by Sanderson, the blade signed to ricasso and stamped with crown and '1907 3 18', issue stamps to opposite side, ring hilt, two piece wooden grip, in a black leather scabbard, blade length, 43cm. * Developed for the Short Magazine Lee Enfield (SMLE) in 1907 and issued without the hooked quillon from 1913 onwards. *Condition: Blade VG - no rust or other damage. A few minor rust spots to pommel. Two small scratches to grip. Scabbard good - a very good example overall.
