Vergoldetes Messinggefäß (berieben), die Parierstange terzseitig reich reliefiert, im Zentrum das Bourbonenwappen unter Königskrone, auf der glatten Gegenseite der bekrönte Stempel "CP", an der Stirnseite des Knaufes ein plastischer Löwenkopf, belederter, hölzerner Griff, kunstvolle dreifache Drahtwicklung aus Buntmetall. Vergoldete Messingscheide (berieben) mit Holzkern, terzseitig zwischen Lorbeerbändern vier eingesetzte rechteckige Felder (teilweise locker) mit reliefierter Trophäe, Palmetten, Blüten und Lorbeer, auf der glatten Gegenseite oben die Gravur des Schwertfegers/Lieferanten "Manceaux a Paris", seitlich zwei Tragehaken (deutliche Abriebspuren), unterer Abschluss aus Palmetten und Rosetten geformt. Parierstange und Knauf etwas locker, kleine Risse im Blech der Scheide (teilweise gelötet), Trage- und Altersspuren. Länge 101 cm. In der Restauration trugen Tambourmajore dieses spezielle Säbelmodell. Es verschwand mit dem Ende des Zweiten Kaiserreiches. Der Pariser Schwertfeger Manceaux stellte dieses Muster 1822 - 1870 her. Das Bourbonenwappen auf der Parierstange ermöglicht die zeitliche Einordnung. Nach 1830 wurden die Lilien durch den Hahn und 1852 durch den kaiserlichen Adler ersetzt. Gilt brass scabbard (rubbed) with wooden centre, on the obverse four inserted rectangular fields (partly loose) amidst laurel bands, with three-dimensional trophy, palmettes, blossoms and laurel, on top of the smooth opposite side the engraved signature of the swordsmith/supplier "Manceaux a Paris", two lateral suspension hooks (distinctly rubbed), the lower end in the shape of palmettes and rosettes. Quillons and pommel somewhat loose, minor cracks in the metal sheet of the scabbard (partly soldered), traces of wear and age. Length 101 cm. Rare, particularly prestigious and completely preserved sabre of the Bourbon monarchy. Cf. Thierry de Maigret, Paris, auction of 14 October 2010, lot 366, sold for 11,000 euros.During the Restoration period, drum majors used to wear this particular sabre model. It disappeared at the end of the Second Empire. The Paris swordsmith Manceaux produced this model 1822 – 1870. The Bourbon coat of arms on the quillons helps to place the object in the correct period. After 1830, the fleur-de-lys was replaced by the cock and in 1852 by the imperial eagle. Sabres of this model that have been preserved in pristine condition are very rare.

A side bayonet for applicants of the Royal Prussian Navy, circa 1870 Slightly freckled blade, both sides engraved with decorative navy motives, in between the crowned Prussian eagle above an anker. The back of the blade marked "Schraud & Holstein Kiel", the ricasso marked "PDL" (= P.D.Lüneschloss). The brass hilt with remains of gilding, cross guard, the clam with crown above an anker. Juni 1697", quartseitig die bekrönte Herrscherchiffre "L", am Rücken auf vergoldetem Grund die Lieferantensignatur "Deutscher Offizier Verein Berlin". Reich verziertes, vergoldetes Messinggefäß mit Haupt- und Nebenbügel, der in einen durchbrochen gearbeiteten Korb mündet, darin eingelegt die silberne "Lippische Rose", quartseitig ein nach vorn umlegbares Klappstichblatt, detaillierter Adlerkopfknauf, Fischhautgriff mit fester dreifacher Drahtwicklung, lederne Fingerschlaufe (rissig). Ohne Scheide. Gebrauchs- und Altersspuren. Länge 91 cm.Das lippische Füsilier-Bataillon wurde am 20.6.1697 aufgestellt und am 27.5.1867 aufgelöst, die lippischen Soldaten überstellte man zum III. (Füsilier-)Bataillon des 6. Westfälischen Infanterie-Regiments Nr. 55. Der lippische Säbel für Offiziere wurde 1859 eingeführt. Säbel dieser Art führten die Angehörigen des Fürstenhauses nach der Auflösung des Bataillons bis 1918 weiter. Anbei ein Reprofoto des Fürsten mit diesem Säbel. After the battalion was dissolved, sabres of this type were still used by members of the royal house until 1918. Silberne Hutagraffe und Bouillonfüllung in den Hutspitzen. Agraffe von einem silbernen Knopf mit Georgskreuz gehalten, darunter das Seidenband in den Farben des Ordens. Weißes Seidenfutter mit der Herstellerbezeichnung "J.N. Würbser, München" und der in Gold eingeprägten Chiffre des Prinzen Alfons. Dazu der lederne Aufbewahrungskoffer mit hellblau-violettem Seidenripsfutter. Hut und Koffer partiell etwas berieben, leicht fleckig, normale Gebrauchs- und Altersspuren. Ein Paar außergewöhnlich schön erhaltene silberne Epauletten (geringfügig gedunkelt), Schieber und Feld silbern bestickt, darauf jeweils drei Rangsterne in der Form eines Georgskreuzes für den Rang der Großprioren und Großkomture, scharlachrotes Futter, silbergestickter Halbmond, Silberbouillons. Dazu ein alter Karton.Uniformfrack aus rotem Tuch, weiße Ärmelaufschläge und Schoßfutter sowie eingeknöpfte Rabatte. 14 silberne Knöpfe mit St. Georgskreuz, jeweils zwei an den Ärmelaufschlägen und sechs an den Schoßtaschenklappen bzw. vier auf den Schoßleisten. Auf der linken Brustseite zwei Ordensschlaufen (Hubertus-HO, Georg-HO) und rechts eine Schlaufe (spanischer HO). Weißes Seidenfutter.Nahezu makellos erhaltenes, farbfrisches Tuch, helle Partien leicht gedunkelt. Lange weiße Tuchhose (partiell leicht fleckig, unauffällig) mit silbernen, rot durchzogenen Lampassen. Dazu die lange schwarze Trauerhose mit schwarzen Knöpfen ("G.Schöllhorn München"). Ein Paar weiße Wildlederhandschuhe und ein Paar weiße Stoffhandschuhe (leicht fleckig). Degen mit gegrateter Klinge, in der oberen Hälfte Ätzdekor auf gebläutem Fond, teilvergoldet, silbernes Degengefäß, Perlmuttgriffschalen, auf dem Stichblatt reliefierte Darstellung St. Georgs mit dem Drachen kämpfend, Klingenlänge 76 cm. Dazu schwarze Degentasche (kleine oberflächliche Fehlstellen) an textilem Trageband sowie Aufbewahrungshülle aus weißem Waschleder.Prinz Alfons von Bayern wurde am 24.4.1880 - nach dem Erreichen der Volljährigkeit - als Großprior ad honores in den zweithöchsten bayerischen und berühmtesten aller Georgsorden aufgenommen. Die Insignien des Ordens erhielt der Prinz am selben Tag vom Ordens-Großmeister und Oberhaupt des Kgl. Hauses Wittelsbach S. M. König Ludwig II. Die Kette ist im Ordensschatz aufbewahrt. Der Orden existiert als Hausorden des Hauses Wittelsbach bis heute und wird in den Klassen Großprior, Großkomtur, Komtur und Ritter verliehen. Die Ordenskreuze werden vom 8.12. bis 23.4. mit der Jungfrau Maria, in der übrigen Zeit mit dem Heiligen Georg nach außen getragen. The prince received the insignia of the order on the same day from the grand master and head of the royal house of Wittelsbach, H.M. King Ludwig II. The collar is kept in the treasury. The order is still existent today as House Order of the House of Wittelsbach and is awarded in the classes of Grand Prior, Grand Commander, Commander, and Knight. The order crosses are worn from 8. Rare WW2 Japanese Paratroopers Type 1 TALW Knife Bayonet, very good example of this rare combat knife / bayonet with two piece wooden grips, steel pommel and steel muzzle ring. Housed in the original scabbard and with its original leather belt frog. Stamped to the side of the grip is the arsenal mark for Toyoda Automatic Loom Works. Overall a very good example of one of the rarest and most desirable Japanese bayonets from WW2. These are often referred to as the Test Type 1, these were produced for the Japanese paratroopers and rangers as a side knife. Rare Japanese Naval Landing Forces Type 35 Bayonet, with wooden grips and the special release catch to the side of the tang, same design as on the Japanese NCO’s Katana’s. Housed in the blued steel scabbard. Straight blade with fuller to the back edge.These bayonets were only made from between 1902-1905. At this time they were for use by the Naval land forces who were using the type 22 rifle, but by 1905, these rifles were replaced by the type 38 rifle.
