WW2 German Luftwaffe 2nd Pattern Officers Dress Dagger with Knot and Hanging Straps, dagger with white celluloid grip retaining the wire binding. Original officers dress porteppe (knot) attached to the grip. Housed in the original scabbard with deluxe pattern hanging straps. The dagger is fitted with a artificial Damascus blade by Friedrichs, Solingen. We are of the opinion that the blade is a excellent quality post war representation and the hanging straps have been restored.
Third Reich SA Dress Dagger by Paul Seilheimer Solingen, complete with the original wooden grip with enamel SA device and eagle inserted. Housed in its original scabbard with a leather hanger attached. The blade with standard motto, “Alles fur Deutschland” and the reverse with RZM logo and code M7/38 for the maker Paul Silheimer, Solingen. The blade has a presentation inscription “Zur Erinnerung an den 22.1.1940 der S.A. Reitertrupp, Neustadt a.T“. We are oft he opinion that the inscription and the leather hanger are both post war applied.
Third Reich SS Enlisted Mans Dress Dagger, with black grip having enamel SS runes emblem and eagle inserted. Housed in scabbard with leather hanger attached. Blade with motto and maker marked with Carl Eickhorn trade mark and RZM code. We are of the opinion that this is an excellent quality post war representation and sold as such.

A Caucasian/Eastern Kidjal Dagger and sheath, the dagger having a 12 7/8'' long double fullered blade decorated with a floral cartouche and the letters "KKE" and to the opposite side a similar cartouche with number "38 or 39", the grip of horn and bone having silvered head studs and embellishments with Neillo decoration, the leather sheath/scabbard also being mounted with white metal fittings, Niello decorated and terminating with a sphere. A naval Sword having nicely decorated blade with scrollwork and crown and anchor detail, crest with "Dieu et Mon Droit" and "Honi Soit Qui Mal y Pense" mottoes, the solid brass guard with crown surmounted anchor, incorporating a sprung hinged retaining latch and protecting the brass wire bound shagreen/shark/ray skin grip. A tassel and thong is present with signs of original gilding, complete with brass and leather scabbard. Blade 30 1/8'' long x 37'' long overall.
A midshipman's naval Dirk with Edward VII crown, by swordsmiths ''Silver, 2 Eastcheap, London'', no. 3630 and having lion's head terminal and shagreen/shark/ray skin grip, the guard with acorn terminus, the nicely decorated blade, 17 15/16'' long with Royal crest "Dieu et Mon droit", 23 1/4'' long overall and complete with brass and leather sheath/scabbard incorporating a sprung retaining clip.
dating: Mid 19th Century provenance: Sicily, Straight, single-and short false-edged blade, with saw back, marked on one side 'BARNES & CO. LONDON', and on the opposite side with the Trinacria. One-piece brass hilt with handle. Leather scabbard with missing chape and cap with button. Interesting military weapon with rare mark, perhaps belonging to the short period of the Provisional Government of Sicily of 1848-1849. Surely deserves a proper study. length 75,5 cm.

Wooden scabbard with leather covering (modern), featuring fine, silver mounts embossed with floral motifs. Dagger: wide, single-edged blade; grip completely covered with silver inlay, engraved with floral motifs; pommel shaped as a clover with red, cabochon stone. Grip with brass wire binding. Wooden scabbard with copper inlay with iron frame decorated with brass engravings at the lower part. The big open-work at the front with silver plaque, finely embossed with floral motifs; silver cap, engraved and embossed with a dragon head. The decoration on the silver plate of both the sword and the dagger depicts the Ashtamangala, the sacred suite of Eight Auspicious Signs od Buddhism. length 84 - 43 cm.

Hilt and scabbard with rust at the surface and areas with damages from rust. Blade in perfect conditions. length 97.5 cm.
dating: first quarter of the 19th Century provenance: Turkey, Long, double-edged blade with double fuller on almost all its length and pointed tip. The forte engraved with two lions inside scalloped circle and shaped cartouche on both faces, one of them with the name of the manufacturer: 'Amal-e Ibrahim' (work by Ibrahim). Hilt featuring dark-horn grips with ogival pins and circular bases decorated with gold threadings. Wooden scabbard with black-skin covering and silver mounts, nielloed with geometrical motifs. The oval of the central cartouche with the writing 'If'tha lana bi haqq hamilaha rahmatan fa huwa min Suleyman' (Open for us with the Truth for the one who carries this sword with Mercy since it is from Suleyman). length 72 cm.
dating: Second half of the 19th Century provenance: Turkey, Slightly curved, single-and-false-edged, damask blade, slightly worked as a 'T' on the back, Arabic gold-inlaid mark at the base. Silver hilt finely engraved and with Arabic mark. Horn grip scales, the frame was probably restored. Wooden scabbard covered with leather and sewn with metal thread, with silver mounts engraved with floral motifs and with marks. Two suspension rings. length 91 cm.

Forward spring lock. Full, wooden stock with a few restored woodworm holes. Iron mounts, trigger guard with finger support, set trigger. Working mechanics. Iron ramrod. With numbered bayonet (length 61 cm.) and scabbard. Attached are historical notes collected by the owner and information on the marks stamped on the weapon. length 125,5 cm.

dating: second quarter of the 19th Century provenance: Duchy of Parma, Straight blade of hexagonal section, with remains of engraved and gilt decorations on blued ground, with visible date '1848'; beautiful, silver hilt with two-loop guard featuring a high-relieved, winged, female figure playing a trumpet and holding a ducal shield with crowned monogram 'CL' in her hand, at the upper edge of the guard the writing 'MERENTIBUS'; cap with effigy of a male face with helmet; hexagonal, ebony grip with silver ring-nuts decorated with bas-relieved laurel branches. Without scabbard. Given by Charles II to a high rank figure on the occasion of his accession to the throne of Parma in 1848, at the death of the former Empress Marie Louise, according to what had been stipulated by the Congress of Vienna. length 97.5 cm.
