An early Victorian silver gilt dress knife with close plated foliate patterned etched blade, the grip with bifurcated pommel chased with urns and scrolls within leaf patterned borders, similarly decorated scabbard with pierced terminal and chain suspension, face plate lacking from mouth of scabbard, by Joseph Wilmore, Birmingham 1843, overall length 13 3/4in.

A Georgian naval officer's dirk, diamond section blade 83/4" blued and gilt for its entire length with trophy of arms and foliate decoration, turned ribbed ivory hilt, small oval guard, the gilt scabbard with floral foliate and rayburst engraving, 2 hanging rings, by R.
