George V 1897 Pattern Infantry Officers Sword by Wilkinson No. 54883, blade 82cms etched with crowned royal arms and cipher amidst scrolling foliage, regulation hilt, plating worn, wire bound fish skin covered grip, in its leather field service scabbard. Good condition, some age wear overall.
WW2 British 2nd Pattern ‘B2’ Fairbairn Sykes (F.S) Commando Knife, good example which retains much of the original blackened finish to the exterior fittings. Grip with knurling. Oval cross guard stamped with broad arrow and ‘B2’. Housed in its original leather scabbard with blued brass lower chape, leather leg tabs and belt loop with part of the elasticated strap. Double edged blade with much of the original blueing remaining. The blade measures 15 ½ cms, overall 33 ½ cms.
Third Reich SA (Sturmabteilung) Dress Dagger by Ernst Pack & Sohn, early model SA dress dagger with brown wooden grip having SA device and nickel silver eagle inserted, the SA emblem has lost much of the enamel and just the copper base can be seen. Grip mounts with the lower guard being stamped ‘Ha’. Anodised scabbard with single hanging ring to the top mount. Bottom ball with some denting. Top scabbard mount is missing the fixing screws. Attached to the scabbard is a good three piece leather hanging strap. Standard double edged blade with motto ‘Alles fur Deutschland’ and makers trade mark to the reverse. The makers mark has been partially erased. Some wear to the blade but generally still a good example. Blade 22cms, overall 37cms.
WW2 British Wilkinson Sword 2nd Pattern Fairbairn Sykes (F.S) Commando Knife, good example of a type with brass knurled grip. Unmarked oval cross guard with blued finish. Housed in its original leather scabbard with blackened brass lower chape. Complete with belt loop with elasticated strap, leg tabs absent. Double edged blade etched with Wilkinson Sword London makers mark to one side and the other side etched with ‘THE F-S FIGHTING KNIFE’. The blade measures 17cms, overall 32 cms. Good example overall.

Good condition, some age wear, frog stut re-attached to locket.

Stamped ‘49’ to the reverse. Curved partially double edged spear point blade with fuller running the full length of the blade. No scabbard. The blade measures 59cms, overall 73cms.

Average good condition, both age worn overall.

Third Reich SS (Schutzstaffel) Enlisted Mans Dress Dagger, being a RZM pattern enlisted mans dress dagger with ebony handle having nickel eagle inserted and an enamel SS rune emblem, the later being replaced or repaired at some time. Plated mounts with the lower guard being stamped ‘Ha’, this being on the front which would indicate that the dagger has been apart at some time. Typical later type painted scabbard with damaged ball mount fitting to the lower chape. Attached to the scabbard is an original two part black leather dagger hanger. Double edged blade with motto ‘Meine Ehre heist Treue’. Reverse of the blade with remains of the large RZM trademark. Leather spacer fitted to the base of the blade. The blade measures 22cms, overall 37cms. The dagger would appear to have been taken apart at one time and re-assembled, small hairline crack to the tip area of the blade.

Pommel with mobile swastika to both sides, cross guard in winged form with mobile swastikas to the centre of both sides. Blue leather covered scabbard with polished nickel silver mounts. Partial aluminium hanging chains. Double edged blade with leather spacer to the top. The blade with makers trademark for F W Holler, Solingen. Blade 30 ½ cms, overall 48cms. Some wear to the exterior fittings and plating lifting etc. Leather covering to the grip has been re-finished.

Triangular blade with armourers details and date 1877 to the spine, no scabbard; WW2 German K98 bayonet with two piece bakelite grips, waffen-amt stamp to the pommel and blade stamped ‘3188 h’ to one side and the other ’43 crs’. The spine of the blade is etched with battle honours ‘SOUTH AFRICA 1900-02 GREAT WAR 1914-18 YPRES 1914 SOMME 1916 BELLINÓLISE CANAL 29.9.18’. Blade heavily worn and pitted, no scabbard. Blade 81cms, overall 97 ½ cms.

Scarce WW2 German Luftwaffe Forestry Bayonet / Fighting Knife, being the special pattern of knife / bayonet that was issued to Luftwaffe forestry units and also for Luftwaffe Ground Attack forces during WW2. The knife with two piece stag horn grips, plain oval steel cross guard. The blade being partially double edged with fuller to the back edge. Stamped ‘WAFFEN-LOESCHE BERLIN’. Blade tipped and shows some wear. The bayonet is housed in a replacement scabbard. Blade 18cms, overall 32 ½ cms.
20th Century Military Dress Sword, believed to be of US origin, the wooden handle has leather covering and wire binding. British 1796 style design steel hilt and langet cross guard. Housed in a steel scabbard with two hanging rings and a frog stud fitting. Polished straight blade with fuller the full length of the blade and etched with foliage. No makers or retailers details to the sword. Style of engraving to the blade is very similar to that found on American military swords. Blade 79cms, overall 90 ½ cms.

Near mint condition double edged blade which measures 17 ½ cms, overall 32 ½ cms. Accompanied by a Wilkinson Sword commemorative commando knife with blued blade commemorating the Battle of the Bulge. Quite good condition, hilt moderately pitted, approx. half grip covering missing, sone age wear overall.
Interesting and Unusual 19th Century South Russian Sword Shashqa, broad curved single edge blade 78ms cut with a broad and a narrow fuller, iron ferules, 2 piece black horn grips secured by 3 pairs of rivets, tall eared pommel, in an associated (?) iron mounted Afghan style wooden scabbard (covering missing). Good condition, some age wear overall. Note: of interest is the form of the iron bolsters, the brass cover plates of the bolsters, and the shape of the tiny finial projecting from the end of the gripstrap, all of which are very closely similar to those found on Afghan Khyber Knives.

Third Reich Transitional Pattern Hitler Youth Boys Dagger by C D Schaff Solingen, dagger with two piece chequered grips, to the centre of the grips is a fixed painted Hitler Youth diamond emblem. Housed in its original blackened scabbard with brown leather belt loop. Blade being a transitional type with motto ‘Blut und Ehre!’ to the obverse and the reverse has makers trade mark for C D Schaff Solingen and RZM M7/56 1937. Some light wear to the blade but generally a good example. The blade measures 13 ¾ cms, overall 25 ½ cms.

Housed in brown leather and brass mounted scabbard, different regimental markings to the top scabbard mount, this is common to find with these. Thick steel blade with hatchet point. Makers details and crowned acceptance stamp to the base of the blade. The blade measures 48cms, overall 64 ½ cms. Some wear and pitting to the blade, but generally still a good example.

Good condition.

Carl Eickhorn Solingen makers trade mark to the base of the blade. The blade measures 25cms, overall 41 ½ cms. A superb example which retains nearly all of the original fire gilt wash finish.

The dagger has been taken apart in its lifetime and the thread has been damaged, meaning that the fittings are loose, this would be a nice dagger with a little restoration.

WW2 German Luftwaffe Officers Sword by Carl Eickhorn Solingen, fine untouched example of a Luftwaffe officers dress sword with the nickel silver fittings never been cleaned and are almost black with patina. The pommel with gilt swastikas to both sides and the centre of the cross guard the same. Blue leather covering to the grip with wire binding. Housed in the blue leather covered scabbard with the scabbard mounts having the same dark patina. Original blue leather sword hanger attached to the scabbard. Near mint condition double edged blade with Carl Eickhorn, Solingen makers trademark and waffen-amt stamp. Overall a very good untouched sword.
