A Georgian naval dirk 41 cm flattened diamond blade etched EDWARD EDWARDS OWEN 1794-1838.Grip with engraved central copper band with traces of a rampart lion. Contained in its copper gilt mounted leather scabbard. Together with a further Georgian dirk 35cm blade with a copper gilt anchor form hilt.

The blade having the usual flat spine but curved to the end. The scabbard also split in two at the tip to form a claw. Measures approx 63cm.
