Unmaker marked plain double edged blade with some light surface staining. Blade 25 ½ cms, overall 40cms. Nicotine patina to the exterior and hanging straps.

Third Reich Luftwaffe Officers Sword by SMF Solingen, fine example of a nickel silver officers dress sword complete with the disc pommel with gilt sun dial type swastika to both sides. Blue leather covered grip with wire binding, cross guard in the form of eagle feathers with sun dial mobile swastikas to the centre of each side. Housed in its blue leather scabbard with nickel silver fittings and two hanging rings. Attached to the scabbard is the original blue leather hanger. Near mint condition polished straight blade with makers trade mark of SMF, Solingen. Blade 76 ½ cms, overall 97 ¼ cms. Some scuffs to the leather but generally a good example.
WW2 British 2nd Pattern ‘B2’ Fairbairn Sykes (F.S) Commando Knife, good example with brass grip, steel cross guard stamped with broad arrow, ‘B2’ and ‘ENGLAND’. Housed in its leather scabbard with brass lower chape. Leg tabs have been removed from the scabbard. Good double edged blade with much of the original blueing remaining. One small dent to the edge of blade. The blade measures 16 ¼ cms, overall 31 ½ cms.

Remington mark to the blade and British acceptance stamps. Generally good condition. Third Reich Social Welfare / Red Cross Officers Dress Dagger, untouched as found example of a Red Cross / Social Welfare leaders dagger with damage yellow celluloid grip. Top pommel and cross guard with DRK emblem to the centre. Housed in its original scabbard with squared hanging strap attachments. Good condition un-marked double edged blade measuring 24 ½ cms, overall 38 ½ cms. Dagger pommel is loose, grip is damaged with pieces missing from the reverse and rusting to the scabbard, could be restored.

Knife blade stamped ‘KA-BAR’ to one side and the other ‘USMC’. Housed in a replacement leather scabbard with stitched and stapled edges. Blade 18cms, overall 33cms.
WW2 American M4 Knife Bayonet in M8A1 Scabbard, fine example of the knife bayonet issued to American troops in WW2. Stamped under the cross guard and muzzle ring ‘US M4 IMPERIAL’ and flaming grenade. Housed in the original fibre scabbard with the top mount being stamped ‘US M8A1 B.M. CO’. Knife blade remains in very good overall condition. The blade measures 16 ¾ cms, overall 31cms.

WW2 British 1st Pattern Fairbairn Sykes (F.S) Commando Knife by Wilkinson Sword Co Ltd, very good example of the desirable 1st pattern commando knife, having nickel plated knurled grip and top nut. ‘S’ type nickel plated guard. Housed in its original leather scabbard with nickel plated lower chape. Leather leg tabs and belt loop with the securing strap with press button snap. Double edged blade etched with Wilkinson Sword Co Ltd London makers mark and the reverse ‘THE F-S FIGHTING KNIFE’. Blade remains in very good condition with much of the original finish. Blade measures 17 cms, overall 32 cms. A very good example of a desirable commando knife.

Housed in its original scabbard with leather belt loop and securing strap. 1st pattern blade with motto ‘Blut und Ehre!’ and reverse with Tiger Solingen makers trade mark. Leather washer between blade and cross guard still present. Some light wear to the blade. The blade measures 13 ½ cms, overall 25 ½ cms.

The blade is marked ‘PAL’ to one side and the other ‘U.S.M.C’. The blade 17 ½ cms, overall 32 ½ cms.
Third Reich Red Cross Enlisted Ranks Dagger, fine example with chequered grip to one side and plain to the reverse. Plated pommel and cross guard with emblem of the DRK. Housed in the original scabbard with the black leather dagger frog. Near mint condition sawback blade, the reverse of the blade stamped GES GESCHUTZ under the cross guard. Blade measures 26 ¾ cms, overall 41cms.

Attached to the scabbard is leather and brass frog fitting and a British webbing frog for a pair of wire cutters but attached to the frog fitting. Blade with fuller to the back edge. 1913 and Remington makers mark, other side with British acceptance stamps. The blade measures 43cms, overall 58cms. (3 items)

Housed in its brass mounted leather scabbard and fixed loop to the top fitting, reverse engraved ;PRESENTED TO GRAND LODGE OF WEST SUSSEX BY KNIGHT CHARLES WINCHELOW FEB 1944’. Swollen double edged blade which measures 48 ½ cms in length. Paris stamp to the base of the blade. Some wear but generally good overall condition.
Rare Imperial German Bavarian M1869/98 Conversion Bayonet, interesting example being a WW1 conversion using a blade from a M1869 Bavarian Werder rifle bayonet fitted to a Mauser Model 1898 hilt. Acceptance stamps to the reverse of the hilt. Blade edge stamped ‘3’. Remains in generally good condition with just some surface pitting and evidence of cleaning. No scabbard. Blade 46 ¾ cms, overall 60 cms.

The reverse of the blade has makers mark for Herm Konejung A-G. Solingen Ges Geschutz. The blade shows wear and evidence of sharpening. Exterior also shows some wear. Blade 13 ¼ cms, overall 25 ½ cms.
