A Souvenir obtained by a British serviceman whose helicopter was brought down by poor weather forcing him to spend time in this region f Borneo. *CR Splits to the scabbard, possible loss to the end.

The second with a 54cm blade with concave shaped end and sharpened edge, with gilt and textured decoration near handle and back, the handle with fish skin grip. 77cm overall. *CR First with light rust to blade but a very fine example in good condition. Second similar.

Second with light rust to scabbard surface . Both with working catches.

A fine enlisted man's red cross dagger with a 2.5cm flat-ended blade with sawback and deep fuller, stamped Ges Geschutz, the cross piece with the emblem of the DRK (Deutsches Rotes Kreuz), the grip with two part bakelite chequered and smooth grip. In a black lacquered scabbard and black leather belt hanger. 41cm overall. *CR A fine example with some wear to surfacae of scabbard, otherwise very good condition.
A 2nd pattern Luftwaffe dagger with a 25cm tapering and pointed blade marked for Paul Weyersberg & Co. Berlin, the cross piece with flying eagle with swastika in its claws, with plastic wire bound grip and flattened oval pommel with further swastika, with scabbard with twin ring suspension and oak leaves to the end. With silver bullion knot. 42cm overall. *CR Good condition, blade with much original finish, fraying to knot in places.
A second pattern Luftwaffe Officer's dress dagger with a 25.5cm pointed blade marked 'Tiger Solingen', the cross piece with a Luftwaffe eagle with swastika in its claws, with a wire bound orange celluloid grip and oak leaf and swastika decorated pommel. The scabbard with twin ring suspension and oak leaf decoration. 43cm overall. *CR small area of loss to grip, binding wire loose dent to end of scabbard. Blade good.
With a 22cm double edged, pointed blade etched 'Alles fur Deutfchlands' and marked for Aug Knecht, Solingen. The cross piece marked 'No'. With wooden grip inset with an eagle with wings outstretched over a swastika, and SA motif to the top. In an anodised scabbard and brown leather belt hanger. 37cm overall. This dagger was a souvenir from the War brought back by 6468154 Howard Charles Randall. *CR One area of loss to enamel on SA badge, otherwise a good example.

The gilt cross piece with fouled anchor, with white, wire bound celluloid grip, the pommel an eagle above a swastika in a wreath. The scabbard with button release, 'pebble' decoration and twin ring suspension. 42cm overall. *CR A good example with light rubbing and signs of age.

A Fairbairn Sykes knife with a 17cm pointed double edged blade, marked to the ricasso for Wilkinson Sword Co.ltd London and 'The F-S Fighting knife', with 's ' shaped cross piece, and slender grip with crosscut grip, in leather scabbard. 33.5cm overall in scabbard. According to family tradition this knife was given to a great uncle Stanley Woodhouse who waslandlord of The Brickmakers Arms in Southampton. One of his customers served as a British Commando and on returning from a Commando raid in Norway during the Second World War, and gave him the knife immediately on returning from the raid. Unfortunately the name of the original owner has not been recorded. *CR A nice example showing some signs of age and use.

Another similar in leather scabbard, and a third with broad Bowie type blade with saw-back, 17.5cm marked 546-92975.01, the handle containing a Dime and various items, in a leather scabbard with sharpening stone. (3). *CR Mixed states, all with some wear and scuffing.

With a curved 18.5cm double edged pointed blade with central rib, on a shaped handle with broad horizontal pommel with all over applied and beaded decoration, in an elaborate sheath with profuse similar decoration. 33cm x 24cm. And a kris type dagger with 34cm wavy edged blade. 48cm overall. *CR Upper section of sheath is loose, light surface marks and slight dulling to surfaces. Second with rusty surface to blade and cross member detached from scabbard.
