A 1796 pattern Light Cavalry officer's sword of the Percy Tenantry, blade 32½", the blued and etched decoration includes stars and crescent, trophy of arms, and scrolls (very worn on one side, the other side slightly worn); steel hilt with wire bound leather covered grip, one langet engraved "PERCY TENANTRY" within the Percy crescent; in its steel scabbard. Superb Heyde boxed 48mm scale double-layer British Army Display / Presentation set labelled 'Engl.
