CONDITION REPORT: The scabbard is in extremely good condition. The leather is not scuffed or worn and of very good colour. The metal mounts are also in good condition. The blade of the knife is a little scratched in places but generally in good condition and it is solid in the shaft. The handle of the piece is in generally very good condition also as is the top mount.

Lot 686

A Japanese carved bone eating set (Trousse), with short knife, pair of chopsticks and toothpick. CONDITION REPORT: All of the four eating implements are in very good condition with no damage, no repairs and no restoration. The outer case is also in very good condition generally. The only minor issue is a small crack to the green band around the top of the scabbard.
