Caucasus region possibly Chechnya or Dagestan, Ca. AD 1800 - 1900.A very fine steel kindjal dagger featuring a long double-edged blade with deep, central fuller tapering to the point. The hilt and rounded pommel presents intricate silver scroll and granulation designs, further ornamented with a pair of knobs. The fitting scabbard is enhanced with similar decoration to the upper face, whilst the rear is ornamented with beautiful nielloed floral and foliate designs. A mid century Hadramaut Gusbi Jambiya Middle-Eastern dagger with scabbard. Hilt of knife appears slightly loose and there is a small crack in the handle of the knife. Scabbard is embedded with dark red glass stones. Shows signs of age. cracks to two of the stones. Blade is 19.5 cm (l). Overall dimensions are 34 cm x 19 cm. A silver plated Highlander's dress dirk together with a plaid brooch, the dirk with decorative handle featuring four oval cabochon cut foil backed smoky quartz above a cartouche featuring two hounds, and below four recesses containing alternate soldiers and maidens and a row of coloured foil backed hardstones, the pommel with circular faceted foil backed smoky quartz, steel tapering blade, 32.5cm long with clipped rear edge, decorative scabbard featuring the crest and ribboned motto of CLAN ANDERSON with helmet above, the subsidiary fork and knife similarly designed, verso with simple fitting, overall length 54cm; the base metal brooch of circular form, 10cm diameter, outer pierced section over a plain ground featuring eagles and balls on a foliate field, central raised section similarly decorated, with a circular brown facetted smoky quartz, 4.5cm diameter, verso with simple pin and hook fitting, 10cm diameter (2)Dirk - Overall in fair to good condition with no obvious sign of repair. The scabbard has some loss to the material exposing the wood under the crest and motto area. Some very minor loss of plating to the high exposed areas. Would benefit from being cleaned. The fork, knife and dirk all in good condition with just some staining to the steelwork.Brooch - Overall in good condition with no obvious sign of repair. Some light surface scratches and nicks, as to be expected and commensurate with age and use. Verso missing 6 of the 12 retaining nuts.

Rare Victorian hallmarked silver miniature dress sword with scabbard, Sheffield assay 1896. Large dint in scabbard base, small dint in hand guard, pommel has slight wear, blade has a few nicks, scuff marks at scabbard lock. UK P&P Group 1 (£16+VAT for the first lot and £2+VAT for subsequent lots)
A Japanese katana (probably World War II), the unsigned blade of plain form with faceted top edge, the pierced cast iron tsuba over a fabric covered shagreen handle housed in a black lacquered scabbard, blade length 67 cm, sword length over all 90 cm CONDITION REPORTS The fabric is discoloured in areas. There is a large split running down the shagreen and wooden frame to one side as well as a large area of shagreen missing. There are several holes to the handle. Ferrule is rusted. The tsuba is heavily rusted and has clearly had some repair badly done. The scabbard is cracked variously and there is a chunk missing as well as knocks, bumps, etc. There is a large split to the bottom and sections missing throughout. The blade is pitted and there are several nicks to the edge of it. Heavy wear and tear conducive with age and use. See images for more details. The length of the scabbard is 70 cm and the length of blade is 67.5 cm
