Knife: American Bowie knife. Blade 6" and etched 'The United States Land of the Free and Home of the Brave protected by her Noble and Brave Volunteers'. American Eagle underneath 'Ready to Defend' '.....and nothing but wishes and to submit to nothing'. Etching faint in places. Nickel silver (?) & Mother of Pearl grips with early American Eagle relief. In its leather scabbard with a red scorpion carved in relief. Frog stud on nickel locket and chape. A nice item worthy of further research. Scarce
Knives: Kukris: 1) a good Kukri blade 12" with decorated horn grip. In leather scabbard with military belt loops & frog. Complete with the Karda & Chakmak small utility & sharpening knives. Good condition overall. 2) A similar Kukri with a bone grip & the two small knives. Scabbard very worn overall. (2)
Sword: 1897 Pattern GRI Infantry Officers sword (Geo V for Indian Army). Blade: 32.5". Ricasso marked: 'Walter Locke & Co Ltd Calcutta, Lahore & Delhi'. Blade etched with Crown G.R. In its field service scabbard with frog tab, stitching good. In vgc overall with leather troddle. Light surface rust.
Sword: A fine 1796 Pattern Cavalry Officers sword. Etched blade 30" with Stands of Arms and William IV Cypher. Blade in beautiful condition. Gilt brass stirrup hilt. Copper bound leather over wood grip. (minor loss of leather near pommel). In its steel scabbard (dented, light, overall pitting). Viewing essential. A fine looking sword.
Sword: A fine presentation Naval Officers sword circa 1825. Gilt brass stirrup hilt with lion face langets. Clean polished curved blade 27.5" in its brass mounted leather scabbard with oval brass plaque engraved 'The gift of Alexander Reid to his friend and school fellow Lieut W. Stirling 1825'. A lovely sword in excellent condition for age. Viewing recommended.
Sword: An 1821 Pattern Artillery Officers Sword to the Hampshire Artillery. Blade 32.5" etched with makers name 'C. Webb 23 Old Bond Street London' with 'Hampshire Artillery'. In its steel scabbard (one crease and some small dents). Wirebound fishskin grip (minor losses to fishskin). Blade etching includes Victoria's Crown. Overall good condition with some wear.
Sword: An 1827 Pattern Rifle Officers sword. Blade 32.5" by Robt Mole & Sons. Birmingham. Makers to the War & India Officers. Top of blade marked 'M3050'. Beautifully etched blade '1st Volunteer Bn The Queens Royal West Surrey Regiment'. Fine wirebound fishskin grip. Polished steel guard with string bugle logo. In its steel mounted (some pitting) leather scabbard with frog bar instead of hanging rings. An above average condition sword in excellent condition. Crown appears to be for Queen Victoria.
Sword: An 1856 Pattern Pioneers sword. Straight spear point blade with sawback 22.5". Maker marked 'Wilkinson' & 'London'. Blade stamped W/D & bend test 'X'. Dated March 1900 & regimentally marked to 3rd Bn. R. Scots Regiment. Blade good with minor staining over original polish. Scabbard: leather a little dry with some a/f stitching at the chape. Blackened brass ribbed stirrup hilt.

Top of blade 'Made in England' Blade with overall surface rust. Good wirebound grip. Steel bowl with Geo V. Cypher (finish worn). In its good leather scabbard with frog loop.
Sword: French XIII Cuirassiers Broadsword. Blade 38" double fullers stamped with 'L' in a circle and several worn marks 'B' ? Four bar brass hilt with rack (?) number '901'. Top of blade in running script manufactured. Imp aie la Klingenthal Xbre 1813. Good wirebound leather hilt. In its matching steel scabbard (numbered '901'). A fine Napoleonic era cavalry sword. In good sound condition for age.
